Hydraulic Hoses

Hydraulic hoses are typically made of rubber, plastic, or reinforced polymer and are designed for extreme temperature ranges, pressure, and environmental stresses. The hydraulic hose is the component that holds the hydraulic system together. Hydraulic systems are the most important parts of your machine or plant.

Industrial Hoses

Industrial hoses are used for the transport of liquids, gases, and air for machinery, energy, chemicals, construction, shipping, agriculture, etc. They almost always use a pressure carrier for reinforcement. There are different types of hose variations for each application.

Flat Hoses

In many areas, a rigid hose with a round cross-section is impractical or too bulky. In these cases, an alternative is needed: flat hoses, for example, are known from the large hose rolls found on fire department vehicles. But they are also used in agriculture, gardening, construction, and other trades. They come in different versions that are suitable for different applications.

Hose Couplings

Hose couplings make sense wherever frequent and fast assembly of hose connections is desired. With quick couplings, you are very flexible and economical in use and also enable the quick and uncomplicated exchange of connections to devices. Depending on the application for which it is needed, for which medium, and for which pressure the hose coupling is used, there are a variety of different hose couplings and materials to choose from.

Hydraulic Hoses

Hydraulic hoses and fittings are generally used to move mechanical components, e.g. for construction machinery. These hydraulic hoses are always exposed to higher working pressures, pressure spikes far above the calculated pressure, longer cycle times, and longer machine running times. In addition, there are significant external stresses that can be caused by weather conditions, environmental factors, mechanical, thermal, or chemical nature. Accordingly, the requirements for hydraulic hoses and fittings are high.

Industrial Hoses

Industrial hoses are designed for the transport of dry, gaseous, and liquid media. Therefore, different materials are used for them. The innermost layer, the soul, is in contact with the transported medium and must be suitable for it. For example, drinking water should not absorb any substances from the hose, while chemicals or heat should not attack the hose, hydraulic hoses, and fittings.

Food and Beverage Hoses

Hoses that come into contact with food in any form must meet special legally prescribed requirements. They are made of food-safe materials that must not affect or alter the quality, taste, or odor of food. These hoses have a mirror-smooth inner surface and only absorb minimal aromas or discolorations. Depending on the inner material, they are suitable for dairy products, products with animal and vegetable fats and oils, as well as beverages with an alcohol content of up to 50%.

Suction and Pressure Hoses

The suction and pressure hose (SD) or pressure hose is suitable for various applications such as compressed air, water and aqueous solutions, oil, diesel, and other petroleum-based products with a maximum aromatic content of 50% (not suitable for fuels). It can be used in the chemical industry, petrochemical industry, and other industrial markets, mining, steel mills, ports, construction sites, and agricultural areas, among others.
